Please read my T&C’s carefully before purchasing, by purchasing with Reflective Metals you’re agreeing to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to the use of this website and by accessing this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out here. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this website. Reflective Metals is a B2B (Business to Business) organisation and as such is exempt from ‘The Consumer Contract Regulations 2014’. You’re welcome to print or store these terms for your own records.
Reflective Metals own the copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in all material and content on this website, which you may use, download, copy, publish, transmit or otherwise make available by any other means only for your own personal, non–commercial use. Any other use or reproduction of the material or content is strictly prohibited. You may not create any link to this website without prior written consent, nor may you restrict or inhibit the use or enjoyment of it by anyone else. While we will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information we place on Reflective Metals website, we make no warranties, whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy. This website contains material which is owned by or licensed to us. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice which forms part of these terms and conditions. Occasionally this website may also include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide further information. They do not signify that we endorse the website(s). We have no responsibility for the content of the linked website(s).
Wherever the term “Working Days or Hours” is featured, this excludes bank holidays, weekends and public holidays such as Christmas. Any holiday times will be clearly displayed on the homepage. When you place an order with Reflective Metals you will be sent an order confirmation detailing your order, this is giving you ample opportunity to correct any possible errors (such as incorrect size or colour). Should you have any complaints, please send them to the contact information detailed at the bottom of this document. These terms and conditions apply to all transactions on this site. They do not affect your statutory rights
Photographs of finished items have been added to some listings with the permission of the copyright holder. Please do not reproduce these items or use the pictures without their owners consent.
Products
Reflective Metals products may contain sharp edges and care should be taken when handling to avoid injury. Keep products away from children and animals. Sterling silver is not supplied hallmarked. All blanks are supplied unfinished unless customers request for the blanks to be polished (excluding sterling silver).
Blanks purchased from Reflective Metals are not for resale as they are. They must be stamped/etched/engraved unless selling them in a destash.
Prices
Prices are subject to change but are correct at time of posting. Any glitches, errors or typos are not required to be honoured. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered with regards to the advertised price of the goods that you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible by e-mail. This will be to inform you of the correct price of the goods, and to ask you if you wish to continue with the order at the amended price, or to cancel the order altogether. Any special offers will have a clear displayed end date.
Prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling. Any price increase after you have placed your order will result in an offer to refund the order, or an invoice to cover the extra price.
Payment
Reflective Metals accepts payments via PayPal – you do not need a PayPal account to purchase via PayPal. Bank transfer also available upon request.
Any contract for purchases made through the website will be with Reflective Metals. Reflective Metals must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed. If you add to your order which generates a manual invoice via paypal, there is now an Admin fee of 30p added to the invoice.
Pre Ordering Laser Cut Blanks
When requesting laser cut blanks, we require a 50% non refundable deposit payable when ordering. Once this has been made, we will order your chosen blanks when we place our next laser order. This could mean a 4-5 week turnaround so please order in plenty of time. We will require the final and full payment before we are able to ship the blanks to you. Reflective Metals reserves the right to resell these blanks if payment has not been made in full within one month.
Shipping You will be advised on an estimated dispatch date upon placing your order. Please allow up to 15 working days. Please see the website for up to date turn around times.
Reflective Metals posts via Royal Mail.
If you wish to combine 2 or more orders, a refund will be given for overpaid postage but a fee is payable to cover the initial cost that Paypal no longer refund.
Should your order not arrive, please contact us.
Sales No refunds or returns unless the items are deemed by us as faulty. If stock does not cover the order placed, we reserve the right to refund those items.
International Shipping Any customs costs,import duty and taxes are the responsibilty of the purchaser. Please make sure you are aware of such costs before placing your order.
Returns & Cancellations
We ensure all items that are posted to our customers are of the highest standard but please contact us should you be unhappy with your purchase.
As we are a B2B (Business to Business), we are not governed by the The Consumer Contracts regulations. This means that we have our own returns/cancellation policy.
If you wish to return an item, please notify us asap.
Items marked as being reduced for having a defect, damage or any other reason will be exempt from any return or refund.
If the reason for the return is our responsibility, return postage will be paid by Reflective Metals. Paypal no longer refund fees for full or partial refunds, therefore, any cancellations or refunds will be minus the Paypal fees unless the goods are faulty.
Reflective Metals reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of £10 or 10% of the value of goods to be restocked in the event of a customer cancellation for goods no longer required
Custom Items:
Custom made items are non refundable. A return will only be accepted if they are deemed faulty, not fit for purpose or any other fault of Reflective Metals. In this case, please refer to the returns section of this document.

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully and check it occasionally as it could change from time to time. This privacy policy adheres to the guidance set out by The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

Reflective Metals are dedicated to safeguarding your privacy online. We will only collect, store and use your personal information for specific purposes as outlined below in accordance with GDPR. We use your personal information to support and develop our connection with you. We will never share your personal data to 3rd parties unless required by law and your data is always protected. You may contact Reflective Metals at any time with any privacy queries or concerns and to see the personal data you have given us and request modification.
Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. This can include name, email address, address, and much more.
Your information
When you register on our website to purchase services, we ask for data such as your name, e-mail address, billing address, and contact details. Reflective Metals keeps a record of this information for tax purposes and for ensuring we fulfil our contract with you.
The only personal information we hold is what customers provide to us when they place an order on our website, sign up for the newsletter, or sign a contract.
We share it with nobody, however it is stored on relevant systems such as cloud systems, WordPress, Mailchimp, postal services, and accounting systems which are GDPR compliant. If we are required by law to share any information, we will check with each party concerned to ensure they are happy for that to happen. An example of this would be if HMRC requested an audit.
We store sensitive data for as long as required by law. Email addresses provided via Mailchimp are stored until consent is withdrawn, reconsent is requested every 2 years. Information required for tax and legal requirements are held for 7 years as a requirement by law.
We keep a record of any orders you make from us, so we can help to deal with any enquiries or problems you may have in the future, and so we can ensure that any information that we send to you is appropriate. Personal data that we process for any purpose or purposes shall not be kept for longer than is necessary for that purpose or those purposes.
When you place an order with Reflective Metals you will be asked whether you’d like to consent to us displaying your order as part of our marketing materials. By giving your consent for us to do this you understand your personal data will be in the public domain and we assume no responsibility for the usage of this data subsequently. You may request to have your personal data removed at any time and we are more than happy to comply within 7 working days.
We keep a record of any e-mail communication you send us, so we can track any problems or concerns you’ve had.
We’ll also ask you questions at registration, and from time to time by email (if we have your consent to contact you by email), this will give us data that can be used to improve your experience of shopping with Reflective Metals. You’re under no obligation at all to answer these questions, they’re all optional, but they will help us communicate more effectively with you.
In addition to personal information, our website uses Google Analytics to ensure we are meeting your customer needs. Google Analytics stores usage data which may include your IP address, geographical location, referral source, length of visit and page views – although a lot of this is aggregated data. The legal basis for this is legitimate interest for the basis of ensuring we are meeting customer needs.
We may process information you submit to us when you contact us for the purposes of ensuring we answer your query effectively.
Reflective Metals kindly request that you do not supply any other person’s personal data to us, unless required by law or you have their explicit consent to do so.

All the data we gather via our website or through communication with you is used to operate and expand the service we offer you and to personalise our service. How we use your personal data is dependent on the legal basis for processing your data. We are dedicated to using your personal data only for:

we send to you) via the Internet. We are not responsible for any damages which you, or others, may suffer as a result of the loss of confidentiality of such information.
We take every precaution to safeguard your information. All personal data stored by us is kept on a server in a secure environment. The computer on which data is held on is password protected, data held in the cloud is password protected and held on encrypted systems and third-party software have their own security systems.
The risks of a breach are minimal due to the precautions mentioned above being taken, and close monitoring is undertaken to ensure security systems are always up to date. Breaches will be identified, reported, managed, and resolved according to the ICO guidelines.
